Philip A. Dray is currently the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Heger Industrial’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Philip, a French born entrepreneur, launched his real estate career 20 years ago while living in Paris, France. In 2001, he joined the French Navy and achieved numerous grades, eventually being promoted to Officer in Command.

Journeying to the United States in 2003 and opening several successful French restaurants in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, he acquired great experience and knowledge in the U.S. market. After a highly successful period in the restaurant business, Philip returned to his true passion – Commercial Real Estate.
Combining his entrepreneurial experience and knowledge in the real estate market, today Philip provides a true, first class service to his
clients. He believes that you can only be successful if you are always focused on your client’s best interest first and going the extra mile for them.

Philip, with his business partner and long time friend Stephan Ktorza, currently provide brokerage services to Landlords and Tenants in Downtown Los Angeles and surrounding cities.
As a member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles as a member of the Real Estate division and the French Chamber of commerce, Philip is also sought out to assist European and French speaking clients.
