A third generation Angeleno who truly knows the city and the community, Susan Friedman’s primary commitment is to support her clients in negotiating the most beneficial sale of their property and finding the perfect neighborhood and the perfect residence at the right price.

Susan knows L.A. The daughter of a gentleman-broker who was President of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, Susan grew up in Beverly Hills and learned early the significance of every decision in the real estate process. “My father was such a wonderful role model,” Susan says fondly. “He taught me the value of being thorough and doing things right the first time. He taught me how to really see a property beneath its latest coat of paint. And he taught me the importance of courtesy and communication with everyone involved in a transaction.”

A long-time Venice homeowner and resident, Susan has a special appreciation for Westside living and works with clients throughout the region— Beverly Hills area as well as Bel Air, Malibu and Santa Monica, Venice, the Marina, and over to Playa Vista and Playa Del Rey. Her background as an educator gives her inside understanding of neighborhood schools, choices and options for families. An enthusiastic “people person,” she is passionate about the arts and architecture and very involved with the Music Center and dance community. In addition, she lived in France for a number of years and is fluent in French.
