Senior Commercial Banker located in Torrance, CA focusing exclusively on privately held middle market companies. Clients range in size from $5 Million – $150 Million is annual revenue. Duties include relationship management, monitoring of credit quality, identifying qualified prospects, credit underwriting and industry analysis. My background allows me to be a consultative banker and advisor to address both current needs and to look long-range to what a company wants to accomplish.

I look for both borrowing and non-borrowing relationships with a minimum of $100,000 in depository accounts. From a credit side I provide limits from $250,000 to $15 Million using any of the following:

• Unsecured Line of Credit
• Asset-based (A/R & Inventory) – Revolving Line
• Term Loan (equipment, permanent working capital, etc.)
• Real estate loan on the property that the business occupies
• International Banking (letters of credit, foreign exchange, wires, etc.)
