The practice of the firm includes international and domestic business law, as well as intellectual property and entertainment law through the Los Angeles office and through overseas offices with whom we are in cooperation. In its specialized areas of practice, the firm has resources and capabilities matched only by the largest area law firms. Its fee structure, however, provides rates to clients that compare favorably to the large firms. The firm has built a practice of maintaining effective representation and finding creative solutions by integrating imagination with the goal of providing the best client services available under the law. We believe in long-term relationships with our clients and many of our retainers date back with us to the mid-1990’s.

We are a specialized firm that is as big as a practice group at a large firm, but small enough to maintain a personal connection with those we serve.
