With more than 14 years of experience as a realtor, broker and developer in Europe and the U.S., international real estate is second nature for Jean-Baptiste Rugiero. Prior to joining The Agency, Jean-Baptiste was Director of International Clientele at BARNES International Luxury Real Estate in Beverly Hills, where he represented clients from all over the world. Previous to that, he lived in France, where he managed his own brokerage and developed a successful business renovating properties. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, Jean-Baptiste was also exposed to the intricacies of management at an early age. His tenacity and business sense opened up opportunities to work on many projects, and eventually landed him in Beverly Hills.

One of Jean-Baptiste’s greatest assets is his exposure to international clients. With his background, he has garnered a vast network of investors, buyers and sellers from Europe who look to him as a trusted advisor. Having relocated to Los Angeles himself, he is also able to easily navigate the often tricky aspects of relocation and offer his buyer clients seamless service.

Jean-Baptiste is licensed in California and Europe, and actively practices real estate in both arenas. He studied Business and Legal Real Estate in Paris and graduated with honors. He is fluent in French and English.
