After 5 years in France 2 in the field of the production, Pasacal entered the IIFA in 1997 as the responsible for training before taking management of the development of this professional continuous training institution.

The IIFA became the specialist of the dematerialization and the convergence IT in the media sector and broadcast in France. Within the IIFA, Pascal help to numerous projects of dematerialization of TV channels and also technical service providers. These fields of intervention were enjoying an important increase during the last years following the rhythm of the digitalization of processes. He took the executive management of the IIFA in 2013.
The missions piloted by the IIFA cover from now on vaster fields: of the audit-diagnosis in the engineering of custom-made training. In April 2015, he founded in Los Angeles, Media. He is currently the CEO of the company.
