Investment professional with over a decade of transaction experience both in the U.S. and internationally. Executed dozens of transactions ranging in size from $20 million to nearly $1 billion in value. Experience in a broad range of industries including aerospace & defense, business services, energy, engineering & construction, healthcare, manufacturing, media, real estate, retail, sports & entertainment, and technology.

Before co-founding Kerwood Capital Partners, Mr. Demory was a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Los Angeles office, where he advised on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and provided financial advisory services. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Demory worked in Stifel Nicolaus’ investment banking group, where he focused on companies in the aerospace, defense and government services market. Before receiving his M.B.A, he worked as Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions for W. R. Grace and as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen in both Paris and Los Angeles, where he led a variety of audit and corporate finance advisory engagements.

Mr. Demory received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. from EDHEC Business School in France. He also holds a CPA license (inactive) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
